- All payments are due weekly. Payments should be paid on Monday or the first day your child attends.
- There will be a $25.00 charge for any checks returned by the bank.
- Any account delinquent for two weeks will mean termination of care until the account is cleared. Your child may return only if space is available.
- If you will be early or late, dropping off or picking up your child, we must be notified so we can plan accordingly.
- Our facility will recognize seven (8) paid holidays for our full time staff. Therefore we will be CLOSED on these holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Years Day. Vacation days may NOT be used for these days.
- When a holiday falls on your committed day, you are still responsible to pay for that day. The switching of days which fall on a holiday is NOT permitted. If your child is going to be absent, please call to inform us. You are still responsible for payment on those days.
- Two weeks written notice is required for termination of agreement.
- Parents are required to supply sleeping bags/blankets for their child.
- Parents are required to make sure their child has an extra set of weather appropriate clothing in the classroom at all times.
- Parents must label all personal items.
- The center is not responsible for any items your child may bring in with them. (toys, movies, jewelry, hair accessories, etc.)
- If a child is sent home sick they may not return for 24 hours unless instructed otherwise from a doctor’s note. A parent must pick up their child within a reasonable time frame from the call.
- While we do understand that we are sending a sick child home for the well being of that child as well as the other children with our care. Please make the necessary arrangements for your child to be picked up in case of a sudden illness in advance as our policy holds that your child is not allowed to be in daycare ill.
- Medication brought from home is to be in the original package along with the dosage on the medicine. If the dosage to be given is different from what is on the package a note from the doctor must accompany the medication. It will not be given if not sent in the correct way. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
- Kurious Kids children will go out in all types of weather. The state requires children to be taken out daily. Please bring in proper clothing for the weather climate.
- Breakfast and lunch will be served as is on the menu; no substitutions will e given if a child does not like the meal. Please pack on these days.
- A $10.00 per 15 minute late fee will be assessed for any pick up after 6:00pm. We understand that emergencies arise. Please call the center if you are running late.
